Mark Kelly is a slick salesman. He got rich from business deals in China, fleeced Arizona taxpayers for $15 million then laid off workers instead of creating his promise jobs. Kelly even served on the board of directors of a big medical company that engaged in price gouging and surprise billing. Mark Kelly will do anything for a buck and say anything for a vote.
